Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing V2 Add-on Kits

The Lexogen UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Add-on Kits contain:

• 96 or 384 pre-mixed UDIs, packaged in single reactions
• PCR buffer and enzyme

For use of the 12 nt UDIs with Lexogen kits, please check out the available bundle options. Two 96-well plate format index sets are available: Sets A1 – A4 for Workflow A and Set B1 for Workflow B (see Table below).

With the UDIs Add-on kits UDIs are introduced at the PCR step of following library preparation kits: QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq FWD and REV (Cat. No. 015 and 016), CORALL Total RNA-Seq (Cat. No. 095), and others.

The UDI 12 nt Unique Dual Indexing Sets are already included in the QuantSeq-FWD V1 (Cat. No. 113 – 115 and 129 – 131), QuantSeq FWD V2 (Cat. No. 191-196), CORALL V1 (Cat. No. 117 – 119 and 132 – 134), and CORALL V2 (Cat. No. 171 – 176) with UDI kits.
