QuantSeq FFPE is based on the trusted QuantSeq 3’ mRNA-Seq technology and is optimized for and validated on FFPE samples. QuantSeq FFPE represents the most cost-efficient solution for gene expression profiling of FFPE samples and is, with its 3’ mRNA-Seq approach, the only kit of its kind available on the market. With built-in Unique Molecular Identifiers (UMIs) and an optimized protocol for FFPE and degraded samples, QuantSeq FFPE shows enhanced performance even with low input amounts (less than 10 ng). QuantSeq FFPE enables streamlined generation of Illumina-compatible libraries in less than 4.5 hours and delivers robust and reliable gene expression profiling results from polyadenylated transcripts.
