NOTE: No additional PCR reagents are provided with this index set. The required enzymes and buffers are provided with the respective main kit (QuantSeq-Pool Sample-Barcoded 3′ mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit for Illumina, LUTHOR 3’ mRNA-Seq Library Prep Kit and LUTHOR HD Pool Single-Cell 3′ mRNA-Seq Kit).
