AltoStar® is a CE-IVD-certified automated real-time PCR solution, which is compatible with the laboratory management system (LIMS).
AltoStar® assays are predominantly quantitative PCR assays for pathogen detection and viral loads monitoring, including HIV, HBV, HCV, HSV-1/-2, BKV, CMV, EBV, VZV, etc
There are 02 thermal cycling programs for AltoStar® assays, depending on whether the input is DNA or RNA. AltoStar® assays could be amplified in parallel in a single PCR run if they use the same thermal cycling program.
