Thermo Scientific Acclaro Sample Intelligence Technology software analyzes absorbance across the whole UV-Vis spectrum, not just wavelengths specific to nucleic acids and proteins. Determine absorbances from known contaminants like protein or phenol in dsDNA or RNA samples or nucleic acids or phenol in protein samples. Detect the presence of guanidine HCl and guanidinium isothiocyanate in nucleic acid samples, dsDNA in RNA, or RNA in dsDNA. It then applies powerful chemometric algorithms to identify contaminants in your samples and correct quantitation results. You get more reliable downstream assay results and avoid potential rework with this efficient, breakthrough capability.
